Camping and Asheville

Being 7 months pregnant, I thought it would be a perfect time to go camping! I mean not only that but November is the ideal time of year to make this happen, right? :)

So we packed up the car, grabbed some friends (and Polo), and hit the road to Cherokee, NC.  Ryan has always spoke of his adventures camping with his family growing up and how he would love to share this with our family one day.
We made a pit-stop in Asheville to see the Christmas parade and play with some favorites along the journey.
The weather was perfect with the crisp mid-50's and sunny skies.  We stayed for most of the parade, but it was never-ending!

No stop in Asheville feels complete without a drop-by the Biltmore! We finished lunch downtown and stopped in for a few pictures.

Bernard and Polo loved every moment together! :)
Now on to Camping! Back in the car we went and continued on our way before nightfall.  We stopped in Cherokee for food (hotdogs, s'mores... the regular campfire grub) and went to check-in!

Yeah- Ryan and I look like Locals. :)
