19 Month.. "No!", "Mine!"

This little toddler brightens each and everyday of ours.  Her smile and giggle leaves us wanting to be the best person to only keep her laughing! However, toddlers go from hot to cold in .05 seconds.  She is a trier of our patience and thinks she is our boss.  Her favorite words are "No, Mine" and "Mama". :)

Someone is turning 1

Feels like yesterday, we welcomed a baby girl into this world and now she is almost ONE year old. She has grown so much this year and time has been on fast forward.  Everything she does makes my heart smile and a blessing in our lives.

For invitations (and because I REALLY wanted to do this), I posed Kennedy with her first birthday cake.  She was too sweet about the whole thing.  Being a big cake lover, I assumed the apple wouldn't fall far from the tree.  I thought she would dive into the cake without hesitation.  I was mistaken.  She had some icing and a few picks at the actual cake, but she wasn't too impressed.

Perhaps it's the flavor of cake she was unimpressed with- I also would have preferred chocolate. Ha

Happy first birthday to someone who means so much to the whole family. You are our angel and our joy.

A Catch- Up

Loads have changed with the Turner family.  I quit my job and somehow this post has taken me 3 weeks to do.  I would rather pictures speak of our times together.

Christmas 2013:

Play date with my College Roomie:

Court May and her son, Tripp.  She is also pregnant with her second baby, Connelly.  We can't wait to meet her! Kennedy and Tripp were best buds and future FSU roommates. :)

Just Something to Make you melt:

Kennedy and her need for adventure!

(Thanks grandma coco for the Christmas gift). :)
