Not everything can be perfect in life, but knowing your family is always there with open arms to make it better makes me one lucky girl.  I need to remember to count my blessings and not my shortcoming.

This beautiful quilt was made my a dear friend of my mothers.  It is the identical pattern of all Kennedy's bedding in her nursery.  What a blessing to have people in our lives that are thoughtful and sweet.  I love knowing that Kennedy will be able to share this quilt with her own children someday. Thank you, Ditto!

Its the little things...

 Its the little things in life that fill your heart with so much love it is sure to run over. 

... like your niece getting to meet your baby for the first time and never wanting to put her down.

...seeing your baby's dimple tush and not helping but smile.

...realizing your best friends also are married with babies now & how they will grow up together.

...when your baby is tired and all she wants to do is snuggle up with you.

...loving the moment that your baby girl loves her daddy as much as you do. 

Petunia 6 Months Old!

Six short months ago, I gave birth to the sweetest little girl.  Today Kennedy has 1 tooth, beginning solid foods, and can sit up like a champ.
