Hello Home!!

Things are moving right along with us, Turners.  They will be staking the lot for our house today and pouring foundation next week!!!

They just sent us along a blue-print of the house and wanted to share it.  We are so excited for this adventure to finally begin.

We love visitors and our closing date is December 18th!!

Ever Growing

Lots of ever-growing items over here.  Like below,  my frame collection at work has a new little addition to it.  Kennedy Ryan Turner is proudly on display. :)

Another item that seems to be growing- my waistline! And thanks to Rebecca Abbott- Kennedy's wardrobe.  Granted in her defense, she had this collection started before I was even pregnant! 

Best dressed girl for sure! :)

OHHH... We're Half Way there!!

How far along? 20 Weeks- 5 months.  Hooray, Half-way point.

Stretch marks? Nope

Sleep: Lovely

Best moment this week: Finding a Crib for baby Kennedy & chopping off 10 inches of hair! Amen

Have you told family and friends: Yep- and that she's a she!

Miss Anything? Red Wine and cheeses

Movement: I don't think so.

Food cravings: Back on Chocolate.  Trouble that is. 

Anything making you queasy or sick: Men in tank-tops. Kidding...

Happy or Moody most of the time: Stressed, but just at work.  Things will get better.

Looking forward to: October, pumpkin carving, boot-weather, and crispy air of fall.

BIG NEWS... It's A

Ryan and I headed to the doctor's office this morning... the appointment got moved up 1 day and all day this has been on our mind.  Time to share!!

Baby Boy or Baby Girl???

Such an excited brother!!

Yay!!! It's a girl!! We are excited to let the cat out of the bag.  A little sweet addition to the family.

The Mean 18!!

Our last posting before we know what baby Turner is!  This growing belly is making my chest look smaller- a clear sign its gotten bigger.

How far along? 18 Weeks.  The baby is the size of a Sweet Potato!

Stretch marks? Notta

Sleep: Like a rock

Best moment this week: This weekend getting to see Gretchen and Courtney and their family!

Have you told family and friends: Yep- old news now.

Miss Anything? Pumpkin Beers and 2 cups of coffee in the morning

Movement: I don't think so.

Food cravings: Steak!! 

Anything making you queasy or sick: Mexican Food.  No thank you.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Ugh, tears.  I hate this emotional stage.  I mean little things bring tears or even things on TV.

If You're Lucky Enough to be in the Mountains... Then You Are Lucky Enough!

Ryan & I decided to spend the holiday weekend in the mountains of Banner Elk (just outside Boone).  We packed the car, added Polo to the mix, hit the road for perfect low 70 degree weather, nature, and a cozy town.

Polo likes to Jump, jump! There was a kite flying festival during the weekend and we joined the fun and used the mountain to let Polo run like a free dog.  

Its such a pretty place, however we did get afternoon showers everyday.  Ryan and I entertained ourselves with card games & beer (O'douls, of course).
